How we got here
Gridline Systems Group started when our founder spent a decade watching growing organizations struggle with the same technology challenges. They'd invest in cloud migration, only to discover their security posture had weakened. They'd deploy new collaboration tools, only to find onboarding was still taking a week. They'd hire more IT staff, only to realize nobody had clear ownership of the whole system.
The pattern was always the same: technology decisions made in isolation, without understanding how they connected to everything else. Vendors selling products instead of outcomes. Support teams responding to symptoms instead of root causes.
